Beverly Abad - Fundraising Chair, Finance Committee
Beverly Abad graduated from UCSC in 2016 with a Bachelors in Biology. She is currently taking nursing pre-requisites while working at one of the Sutter campuses in SF. Aside from volunteering and working, she loves to pain. This summer, she is hosting four pop-up art shows across the U.S. dedicated to animators, illustrators, comic book art and video game designers. Her goal is to listen and encourage others to share the narrative, whether it be a patient, another artist, a loved one or a stranger. MHC has taught her that even if we can get a few minutes of someone's time to discuss our daily lives, then we can learn a lot about our community's needs and determine which steps may be achievable in meeting them halfway.
